Welcome to Inflight Score. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the InflightScore mobile application (the "App") operated by Inflight Score ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Inflight Score provides aviation turbulence forecasts derived from NOAA's High-Resolution Rapid Refresh (HRRR) weather model and third-party flight data. The App allows you to search for flights, view turbulence scores along flight routes, and receive push notifications about turbulence conditions for your tracked flights.
To use certain features of the App, you must create an account by providing a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
The App may offer subscription plans that provide access to premium features. Subscriptions are billed through Apple's In-App Purchase system and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. Subscription fees are charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase and automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policies. We do not process payments or refunds directly.
Turbulence forecasts and scores provided by the App are for informational purposes only. They are based on weather model data that may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. The App is not a substitute for official aviation weather briefings, pilot judgment, or any other authoritative source of flight safety information.
You acknowledge that weather conditions are inherently unpredictable and that actual turbulence may differ significantly from forecasted conditions. Always consult official sources (e.g., FAA, airline dispatch, certified weather briefing services) before making any flight-related decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Inflight Score and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
All content, features, and functionality of the App — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, software, and the underlying algorithms — are the exclusive property of Inflight Score or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the App without our prior written consent.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the App at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may delete your account at any time through the App's settings or by contacting us.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Effective date" at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in the State of New York.
